Internet Information Resources
Beekeeping Listserv
- The BEE-L "Discussion of Bee Biology" is an active e-mail discussion for beekeepers. To subscribe to the Bee-L send an e-mail message to LISTSERV@CNSIBM.ALBANY.EDU with only four words: "SUBSCRIBE BEE-L First_name Last_name" in the body, without the quotes. LISTSERV will then e-mail back a confirmation that you must reply to, before it adds you to the list. Your confirmation will contain instructions on how to use, or leave the list. All commands are sent to the LISTSERV addresses above. This is a very informative list and allows for a speedy education on pertinent and timely issues required to manage bees successfully.

If you drive, head towards Sacramento on I-80 and after Vacaville proper, and several miles after The Nut Tree, take the Weber exit, curving to the right and make a turn on Burns, which is the first paved road on the right. It's about half a mile down on the left. The Carniolan queens usually produce lots of beautiful brood.
